No Return Policy
All purchases made through Manya Galaxy are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Please ensure that you review the product description, size, color, and images carefully before placing your order.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any orders that have been successfully delivered.
Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or variant
- Color expectations due to screen differences
- Personal preferences
- Delayed delivery caused by courier services
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
No Exchange Policy
We do not provide exchanges for any products after delivery.
As every Thakur Ji Poshak and Shringar item is handcrafted, exchanges are not possible once an order has been processed and shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
We take utmost care while packaging every order. However, if you receive:
- A damaged product due to transit, or
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To help us review your request, kindly provide:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the package
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video (if available)
After verification, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Handmade Products
Our products are handcrafted, which means slight variations in embroidery, stitching, embellishments, lace work, color tone, or finishing are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship. These minor variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
